日,On December 19, good news came from the commendation meeting of the annual meeting of ideological building and enterprise cultural construction work of Guangdong enterprises that Liby Group was honorably tilted as “Business Card of Guangdong Enterprise Culture” in 2018 and became one of two non-public enterprises receiving this award in Guangzhou City.

It is reported that the award was issued by Guangdong Enterprise Culture Board, Guangdong Spiritual Civilization Research Center and New Economy. Guangdong Enterprise Culture Board is the most authoritative social organization of enterprise culture construction of Guangdong Province which was founded by the Publicity Department of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee of CPC in 1989 and is under the charge of the Academy of Social Sciences of Guangdong Province. The award has fully demonstrated that Liby Group is highly recognized and affirmed by authoritative organizations and all sectors of society for enterprise culture construction.

In recent years, through persistently combining party building with enterprise culture and integrating socialist core values into enterprise culture, Liby Group has formed “family” culture system with Liby characteristics, initiated many characteristic party building cultural activities and effectively enhanced centripetal force and cohesion among employees. In 2017, the Group offered office area of above a hundred square meters for free, invested more than 10 million Yuan in building an exhibition hall of party building work of non-public economic organizations of Guangzhou City, which was the first provincial-level urban non-public party building exhibition hall of China, and panoramically displayed the development history and glories of party building work of non-public economic organizations since the reform and opening-up.
